    Rated 2 out of 5 by Worst memory of any phone I have ever had. I have been with T-Mobile for 18 years and this phone has the worst memory of all the phones I have had. There is so much preloaded stuff in it that over 5GB of memory (out of 8GB stated memory) is not available. You can't get rid of that stuff or move it to an SD card. I have had cheaper and more expensive phones and never run out of storage space before. This was the biggest waste of my money on a phone. Please start telling people about the storage problem before they buy it or just stop selling this phone. June 8, 2016
    Rated 4 out of 5 by Definitely worth the price I got this phone around two months ago, and I love it! I was originally interested in it mainly for the price, and after trying it out at the store I decided to get it. So far I have only minor complaints about it. The settings are very easy to navigate, and it is also very easy to get to the apps. I agree with the other reviewers about its battery life, it is very good! I recently went on a trip, and when i left the hotel with 100% battery, the battery life would still be around 40-50% when I returned at least 8 hours later. Probably my biggest complaint would be the storage issue. It comes with so much pre-downloaded stuff that the phone only had about 2 or 3 GB left for additional apps and storage. Also, the face-recognition lock screen is highly unreliable, at least for me. Others seem to have no problem with it, but it hasn't worked once for me. Since we're on the topic, I have mixed feelings about the camera. I don't know if all smartphones are like this but the K7's camera does not work well at all in dim lighting. The photos will come out blurry or fuzzy. It takes very clear photos in outside lighting though. All in all, I'd say that this phone is definitely worth the price. It has a few faults, but what phone doesn't? June 6, 2016
    Rated 4 out of 5 by Cheap, and reliable. At first glace I found this phone to be beautiful. Its curved display adds a nice touch. At its price point it does a lot right, but there are some flaws. Nothing major. 1. The internal storage is minimal. When its all set and done after updating to 5.1 you have about 1.6GB left. On mine I have 9 apps I use for school and I have 1.06GB left. Also the cache will add up, so clear it for extra space. 2. The camera mediocre at best. It may be up to 720p but I wouldn't wan to test that theory. It works fine for Snapchat and other apps, but dont expect award winning cinematography on it. 3. The screen attracts scratches and dirt like crazy, I recommend getting a GOOD screen protector that isn't just duct tape cut out for your screen. If you can live with those simple 3 flaws in my opinion, then I am sure you'll love this phone. Battery life for me is about 3 days, and this phone has a Snapdragon chip and not a MTK chip, which are cheap and unreliable. May 30, 2016
    Rated 5 out of 5 by great phone Its a better phone compared to its older version the lg leon its fast it doesn't lag a lot the battery its great it charges quickly iven if you using it while charging it can last almost a full day to a day and half on heavy usage and a full day with medium usage, that acceptable for the price of the phone.The only problem is that this phone tends to overheat I am compared to other phones that I had this heats up a lot but as long that the phone doesn't lag or anything I am fine I had it only for week so let see what happens and other thing when you buy this phone buy cover since the due too the screen been really tin it might not resist a drop and also the phone is slippery without a cover, if you use the camera a lot this phone its not for you since I don't use the camera it fine by me.     Rated 3 out of 5 by not reliable i got this phone after my sony z3 broke. this phone is not a premium phone but it is not even reliable for a basic phone. after 3 days, the screen cracked. it was dropped once and the screen broke in 2 locations and the base cracked as well. yesterday the battery wouldn't charge and i had to take it out and clean the contacts. this is all within less than 3 weeks of owning the phone. they have 8 gigs of storage available for use but they occupy 3.47 gigs with system data that you cannot access to remove. within 2 weeks of owning it, i was out of storage space. the phone has all the basic features you'll need but if you're looking for heavy usage, go somewhere else. the battery life is fine. the charging of the battery is fine. the memory is very poor. the connection is ok but the hotspot doesn't fare well. the camera doesn't use flash if it's less than 10% battery left. it is not durable.     Unlike other carriers that give you a discounted rate on the phone up front and then bury the costs in your monthly bill, we charge you the full retail price. In order to make payments more manageable, qualifying new and current customers can take advantage of our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP).

    Here's how phone payments work:

    EIP (Equipment Installment Plan) pricing allows qualifying customers to get a new phone with an initial down payment and make monthly payments on the phone for 20 months with no interest charges. For example, if you purchased a new phone for $550 and put $150 down, you pay $20/month for 20 months, plus the low monthly cost of your Value Plan. Value Plan pricing is only available at T-Mobile.

    The following restrictions apply to all EIPs:

    • Non-Value plans, T‐Mobile Monthly4G prepaid plans and certain business accounts are not eligible for EIPs.
    • Customers in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico are not eligible for EIPs.
    • The minimum required purchase for an EIP is $19.99.
    • Due to state regulations, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, West Virginia and Wyoming do not allow purchases on a 24‐month EIP.
    • If you leave T-Mobile you’re still obligated to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

    Depending on which rate plan you choose, you may also be charged an add a line fee; see rate plan for details. Taxes and shipping will also be applied to your order total.

    Whether you choose to pay for your device up front today, or pay over time, you can upgrade your device at any time. If your current device has not yet been paid off, you will need to continue to make payments on the existing balance. For the well-qualified buyer, pay over time pricing will spread interest-free payments over 24 months. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

    You need a credit check for a couple of reasons. First, if you are applying for an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) it’s standard practice for us to check your credit. If you want to keep your existing phone number we need to determine if it’s eligible to be transferred.

    Just like all other wireless carriers, T-Mobile has to charge enough to cover the cost of the phone. The difference is that T-Mobile separates the cost of the phone from the cost of the service. That means T-Mobile customers finish paying for their phone as soon the actual cost is paid off—and their monthly bill automatically drops.
