Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 51 reviewers.
Rated 3 out of 5 by not LGs best by far memory has not yet been an issue because i avoidphone apps but the keyboard lacks question mark on main screen and auto spell checker is moronic. Auto tap doesn't work half the time and you have to back up 3 steps just to view a text that comes in while you're writing one. Volume sucks. Fast web connections though September 9, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Yup one small drop phone is shattered never will buy a T-Mobile phone again September 7, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Waste of money This is the worst phone i have ever had. One small drop and the screen is shattered. The OS takes almost half of the memory; I can't even download all my apps. EVERY PHOTO IS BLURRY NO MATTER HOW I TAKE THE PICTURE. At least the battery is good... If you don't use the phone at all. I had all my apps bug out at least once and everything loads so slowly. Do not by this phone. Don't waste your time and money spend it on something better. September 5, 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid Phone For A Low Price A real solid phone considering what you pay for it. The sloped sides are slick, double tap works well, and it breezes thru most operations. If you are an app hound, the internal storage is a bit low, so be aware...but I'm not much of a gamer so it doesn't bother me. The screen has a solid coating on it, it really cleans up quickly and doesn't show fingerprints. Battery life is good, gets thru a day easily unless you game all day. The back is a bit slick, I recommend a decent cover. Colors look good on this screen, I think it's well calibrated out of the box. Sound is so-so...for calls it's fine, but for music there isn't much depth there. I use PlayerPro, and it's equalizer is good, but the stock app doesn't have one and it sounds REAL thin. The stock keyboard leaves A LOT to be desired, but that's easy to fix (the standard Google keyboard is much better). For the price this is a solid phone that handles calls well...I've had no signal issues and voices sound good. The processor is quick for navigation, apps open quickly. And I kinda like the buttons in the back, keeps it's profile nice and clean. The camera does it's job, but it's not spectacular. Appropriate for the price. Highly recommended unless you are a heavy gamer, this phone simply isn't built for that user. For the rest of us, it handles most everything well, considering how low the price is. September 3, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Not enough storage I went from an LG4. Rep talked me into this instead of using insurance. Camera sucks, storage sucks. Its good for anyone who does not use their phone frequently. I am not pleased. August 31, 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Comparing 3 LG SPs, K7 is Very Good... 1st SP was LG Optimus Elite (OE) 2nd SP was LG Leon from T-Mobile. 3rd SP is this LG K7 from T-Mobile. Most intuitive camera app: LG OE, but had limited MPs. Worst Camera & app: LG Leon - a FIXED FOCUS "box" camera with a terrible app. Laughable, & mostly why I retired it. LG K7 camera good @ 5 MP (all I need), but app nowhere near as good as the LG OE app. Why has LG downgraded their camera SW apps while improving their hardware? (There is no way that an engineering review team could have reviewed the Leon's camera HW & SW... and actually approved it for production IMO. It's probably just an engineering snafu that slipped through by accident...) Best sound/volume: LG OE. Best battery life/charging speed: LG K7. Best speed/performance: LG K7 by magnitudes. However I had to have the T-Mobile Rep fix a low memory problem due to my app numbers, which he certainly did... no probs since. Overall most convenient & useful (IMO): LG K7... because of the tap-to-power-on capability (a bit buggy, though), absence of those incredibly annoying side buttons, a near-perfect-size screen IMO, thinness, light weight, elegant appearance. I strongly recommend adding a memory card and switching as many apps as you can to the card. August 29, 2016
Rated 2 out of 5 by Texting and calling is good The phone works, calling & texting. The camera sometimes stalls and the memory is HORRIBLE. I am out of memory and I can't download any aps without deleting an ap that is stored on the phone to get the new ap to download and then transfer it to the SD card. Now that's not working anymore so I can't download any new aps. I'm going back to Samsung August 28, 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst phone ever . Get what u pay for. Lost all my data .Lost some or most contacts. My email is not easily accessible and is confusing. Etc etc etc bla bla bla. I miss my Samsung.I have had nothing but trouble with this phone. I don't have the patience to tell you all of the probs.Like the other negative comments DITTO! I want to smash it! August 26, 2016
