Rated 4 out of 5 by A score for LG I switched from a nexus 4 to this phone and omg. I love it. The screen is ridiculous. Having the knock code is pretty nice and the buttons on the back make it harder for me to accidentally turn the phone up when it's in my pocket. One drawl back is it can be a little complicated to use. I wouldn't recommend this phone to someone who isnt comfortable around a smartphone. I'm now super excited to see what the circle case can do for it. :) August 25, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by AWESOME FEATURES BAD BATTERY I just got my lg g3 yesterday and today i am mailing it back and returning it. The phone it self is one awesome phone, Coming from a Galaxy s4 i am used to the battery lasting for ever. The battery on the LG G3 drains SUPER FAST, you will find yourself charging most of the time. I went to sleep at 89% at 1am, when i woke up at 6:30am the battery displayed only 4%. that was enough to realize that the battery is very bad. Remember this phone would be a BEAST if the battery lasted longer. August 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by A Super Great Phone! I love this phone as I just got it and the screen really is phenomenal in that its clear and the size is big but nice in the hand when holding. The Removable battery is a great touch! Now as a warning this phone has a super great display but it does tax the battery more than the G2, Make sure you properly charge and discharge this phone and battery life will be pretty good. Though with a little lag(software optimizations will fix this) the processor is great for gaming, Robot Unicorn Attack 2 looks great on the display and practically lag free. Overall : LG did try on this phone and it worked, I love this device and would say get this one over iPhone or even a Samsung and you will love it! August 18, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by "Best Smartphone on the market!!!!" Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Quality This phone is like no other smartphone I have ever had. It has so many bells and whistles. Pros: extremely long battery life, incredible Quad screen display, extremely fast, knock passcode Forget about carrying around a battery charges with you. The battery life is great!! I can go all day at work without charging the battery. The pictures and videos are incredible. When I was going through pictures I noticed that the reds were popping off the screen. I love that you can have different wallpaper on each home page. LG has made it so easy to unlock your phone with the knock code. You can unlock the screen while the screen is turned off. First LG phone I have owned and I will continue buying LG phones!!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by Best smartphone of 2014 so far... I have been using the LG G3 from T-mobile about 3 weeks now and I could not be more pleased with a smartphone experience such as the LG G3. The interface is simple and clean. The screen colors are soft with normal color saturation unlike the Samsung line of phones. Moving from screen to screen and app to app is super fast. The phone has 3Gs of ram. The camera is the best camera I have ever used on a smart phone. This is coming from an Iphone, Nexus 5 and LG Optimus G Pro. The camera is super fast and takes sharp realistic photos. The battery life is excellent. I can easily go a full day and half with medium to heavy use and have 30% of my battery still remaining. The battery is replaceable which is a bonus. The memory is expandable which is a must for me. The shape and feel in the hand is very natural. The back has a slight curve which helps in handling the phone. For a phone that has a 5.5 inch screen is very light weight. The speakers are above average. The button placement is unique and I was uncertain about it in the beginning but, I have gotten used to it. It seems very natural to use. LG has kept the bloatware to a minimum. There is a healthtracking app that is part of the phone experience. T-mobile has very little bloatware. Only about 5 apps pre-installed which causes no issues at all. One of the coolest features is the wifi-calling feature. I take advantage of it every chance I can. This phone takes advantage of T-mobiles super fast 4G-LTE network because the network is not as cluttered there is very little drain on the battery life. Lg has a winner on their hand in the LG G3. I suggest people to take a serious look at this phone if they are in the market for a large phone. August 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Best value for a beautiful and powerful phone This is the best value phone considering the 32gb internal storage, 4G LTE connection, and a gorgeous display. It has been two weeks now and i am amazed with this phone, the fast focus camera, fair 4k video, lots of software options for the users like the idle apps. The users has the option if he/she likes to install those apps. For better performance of the device, i recommend "Clean Master." I have no issues about screen overheating, viewing under the sun and battery life. Battery is just fair though. Why should i settle for a 16 gb phone when i could buy a better over all performing phone and cheaper than the competition?. Overall, this phone is awesome! August 12, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by great updates but lacks on camera the camera was an upset doesn't work well in low light conditions when using it in rear view the app comes up when you turn on the flash for it and it makes it squared so was a let down and I don't recognize the upgrade done on the camera as the photos taken are grainy otherwise it works well just hoped they would of considered the camera more. Rated 5 out of 5 by Read this before buying!! Before I buy a phone, I pretty much sit for a month and review every phone out there. This phone caught my eye from day one. I fell in love. On the magical day I asked it to marry me and it accepted, there hasn't been a day without happiness. I would like to thank LG for introducing us, my pastor, T-Mobile, for marrying us, and last my parents. I promise to love and cherish you until LG G4 comes, I will use and abuse you until then. Get this phone people. Samsung, Apple, and every other phone company hasn't gotten the mixture right, but 3 weeks with this baby, and we finally have a winner. July 31, 2014

Yes. You once your phone is paid off, it’s paid off. From that point on you will only pay be billed for the T-Mobile rate plan, and services, or features you’ve chosen.

When your new phone arrives simply follow the manufacturer’s set-up procedure and start using it. If you purchased a new T-Mobile SIM card to use in your own device, you will need to insert the new card and then you are good to go.

You can upgrade your phone at any time. If you have an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) you’ll need to pay that off first, then you’re free to select a new phone. It’s as easy as that. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

To find out if you’re eligible for a rebate or a promotion all you need to do is answer a few simple questions.

    Get started

Other carriers recover the cost of the phone with higher recurring monthly rate plan charges. Their customers continue to pay higher monthly rates even after the phone is paid off. Only T-Mobile offers a plan that automatically lowers the cost of the monthly bill when the phone is paid off.

We offer free, overnight shipping on certain new phones and devices. Otherwise, we will send your purchase using standard 2-4 business days shipping. Look for special promotions where all phones and devices include free, overnight shipping.

No. When you group phones into a family plan when purchasing on, you must either pay for all of them up front, or over time.

No. If you choose to pay over time, your payments will be interest-free.

You must purchase insurance within the first 14 days of buying a new device. To learn more about Premium Handset Protection Insurance or to learn about our other bundled features simply follow the link.

If you cancel your service, you still need to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Refurbished phones offered by T-Mobile have been inspected and tested to ensure they’re in good working order, and they all come with a limited 90-day warranty. They also come with the same return policy as our new devices: 20 days from the date of your order.

Unlike other carriers that give you a discounted rate on the phone up front and then bury the costs in your monthly bill, we charge you the full retail price. In order to make payments more manageable, qualifying new and current customers can take advantage of our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP).

    Here's how phone payments work:

EIP (Equipment Installment Plan) pricing allows qualifying customers to get a new phone with an initial down payment and make monthly payments on the phone for 20 months with no interest charges. For example, if you purchased a new phone for $550 and put $150 down, you pay $20/month for 20 months, plus the low monthly cost of your Value Plan. Value Plan pricing is only available at T-Mobile.

The following restrictions apply to all EIPs:

    • Non-Value plans, T‐Mobile Monthly4G prepaid plans and certain business accounts are not eligible for EIPs.
    • Customers in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico are not eligible for EIPs.
    • The minimum required purchase for an EIP is $19.99.
    • Due to state regulations, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, West Virginia and Wyoming do not allow purchases on a 24‐month EIP.
    • If you leave T-Mobile you’re still obligated to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Learn more about our Equipment Installment Plan

Depending on which rate plan you choose, you may also be charged an add a line fee; see rate plan for details. Taxes and shipping will also be applied to your order total.

Whether you choose to pay for your device up front today, or pay over time, you can upgrade your device at any time. If your current device has not yet been paid off, you will need to continue to make payments on the existing balance. For the well-qualified buyer, pay over time pricing will spread interest-free payments over 24 months. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

You need a credit check for a couple of reasons. First, if you are applying for an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) it’s standard practice for us to check your credit. If you want to keep your existing phone number we need to determine if it’s eligible to be transferred.

Just like all other wireless carriers, T-Mobile has to charge enough to cover the cost of the phone. The difference is that T-Mobile separates the cost of the phone from the cost of the service. That means T-Mobile customers finish paying for their phone as soon the actual cost is paid off—and their monthly bill automatically drops.
