Rated 5 out of 5 by I love the Lg g2 I love the lg g2. The camera and all it's features. i like that it has themes. i just love everything about it from the service to easy use, great call quality. The only thing is the screen can break easily. That all. July 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Bang for the buck, period. Having looked at the newest generation of 'hot iron' out there in mobile phones, compared the specs, done a wee bit of x over y graphing and "shiver me timbers" the LG G2 came out on top. Thus I bought one, knowing I could return if not happy. Well, having migrated from the Nexus 4, which is a great phone, especially unlocked given the raw talent of stock android, I must post a resounding thumbs up for my LG G2. Everything is great, mind you i'm running ART not Dalvick, big difference. So before you spend that extra 200 to 250 bucks on the latest plastic, get a grip on a G2. Instead of chasing technology, I'm trying to get the most from it, that's all. All the best, Mike July 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this phone!!! This is a great phone! This screen is super durable, and I haven't had a case on it and it dropped once from about 3 feet on wood floor, and I see no marks or cracks. This phone is quick, has great battery life with a 3000mah battery, and has a beautiful 5.2 inch screen. Thr guy with the screen cracking and all that crud was just really unlucky cuz this device is a beast, and all those things that happened to his phone are not happening to mine. I would highly recommend this phone to anybody! July 25, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by terrible screen glass If you drop the phone once within about 10 inches off the ground the screen will crack and the phone will not work (terrible screen quality) July 23, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Great phone on paper and nothing more I bought this phone because it has excellent specs on paper. The camera is great, the screen resolution is great, and it has a fast processor. The problem is that what looks good on paper isn't always the reality. The back buttons are annoying, unnecessary, and ridiculous. I was expecting to get used to it, but it never happened. No removable memory or battery is another issue. Another issue is that I would get dropped calls every time I used wifi calling and when I disabled wifi calling I'd get poor reception in my house. Sometimes the phone would show 3 bars but it would also say "searching" which means that I have no service. The GPS is horrible. I couldn't even use it. I have to say that this phone's worst flaw is that it simply isn't durable. I got a scratch on the camera lens after the first week #this didn't affect the picture quality so it wasn't that much of an issue#. After the first month, the screen cracked which made the phone unusable. Most people's initial reaction would be to think that I dropped it, but that wasn't the case. My mom simply pressed on it too hard when she was scrolling through my pictures and that caused it to crack. The only positive aspect of this phone is the camera and that's basically the only thing I use it for right now. July 22, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Love this G2 When I got this phone I was able to use it ASAP. I am still trying to get the hang of the three screens I guess that is because I would like all three screens on my phone at once. I was able to use the IR blaster with in seconds of getting my new TV July 17, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Battery loss constantly, Horrid, have only had the phone for six months and battery life has diminished, battery drains even when i have nothing in the background July 16, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The Best Phone I've Ever Had Even though i haven't used all of the features of this phone, it's the best one i've ever had. You can customize everything. You can have 3 apps running at the same time. The battery life is amazing. The screen is beautiful and large. I recommend this phone to anyone that wants a smartphone. July 15, 2014

Yes. You once your phone is paid off, it’s paid off. From that point on you will only pay be billed for the T-Mobile rate plan, and services, or features you’ve chosen.

When your new phone arrives simply follow the manufacturer’s set-up procedure and start using it. If you purchased a new T-Mobile SIM card to use in your own device, you will need to insert the new card and then you are good to go.

You can upgrade your phone at any time. If you have an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) you’ll need to pay that off first, then you’re free to select a new phone. It’s as easy as that. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

To find out if you’re eligible for a rebate or a promotion all you need to do is answer a few simple questions.

    Get started

Other carriers recover the cost of the phone with higher recurring monthly rate plan charges. Their customers continue to pay higher monthly rates even after the phone is paid off. Only T-Mobile offers a plan that automatically lowers the cost of the monthly bill when the phone is paid off.

We offer free, overnight shipping on certain new phones and devices. Otherwise, we will send your purchase using standard 2-4 business days shipping. Look for special promotions where all phones and devices include free, overnight shipping.

No. When you group phones into a family plan when purchasing on T-Mobile.com, you must either pay for all of them up front, or over time.

No. If you choose to pay over time, your payments will be interest-free.

You must purchase insurance within the first 14 days of buying a new device. To learn more about Premium Handset Protection Insurance or to learn about our other bundled features simply follow the link.

Learn more about Premium Handset Protection

If you cancel your service, you still need to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Refurbished phones offered by T-Mobile have been inspected and tested to ensure they’re in good working order, and they all come with a limited 90-day warranty. They also come with the same return policy as our new devices: 20 days from the date of your order.

Unlike other carriers that give you a discounted rate on the phone up front and then bury the costs in your monthly bill, we charge you the full retail price. In order to make payments more manageable, qualifying new and current customers can take advantage of our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP).

    Here's how phone payments work:

EIP (Equipment Installment Plan) pricing allows qualifying customers to get a new phone with an initial down payment and make monthly payments on the phone for 20 months with no interest charges. For example, if you purchased a new phone for $550 and put $150 down, you pay $20/month for 20 months, plus the low monthly cost of your Value Plan. Value Plan pricing is only available at T-Mobile.

The following restrictions apply to all EIPs:

    • Non-Value plans, T‐Mobile Monthly4G prepaid plans and certain business accounts are not eligible for EIPs.
    • Customers in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico are not eligible for EIPs.
    • The minimum required purchase for an EIP is $19.99.
    • Due to state regulations, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, West Virginia and Wyoming do not allow purchases on a 24‐month EIP.
    • If you leave T-Mobile you’re still obligated to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Learn more about our Equipment Installment Plan

Depending on which rate plan you choose, you may also be charged an add a line fee; see rate plan for details. Taxes and shipping will also be applied to your order total.

Whether you choose to pay for your device up front today, or pay over time, you can upgrade your device at any time. If your current device has not yet been paid off, you will need to continue to make payments on the existing balance. For the well-qualified buyer, pay over time pricing will spread interest-free payments over 24 months. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

You need a credit check for a couple of reasons. First, if you are applying for an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) it’s standard practice for us to check your credit. If you want to keep your existing phone number we need to determine if it’s eligible to be transferred.

Just like all other wireless carriers, T-Mobile has to charge enough to cover the cost of the phone. The difference is that T-Mobile separates the cost of the phone from the cost of the service. That means T-Mobile customers finish paying for their phone as soon the actual cost is paid off—and their monthly bill automatically drops.
