Rated 5 out of 5 Wowie! This is one of the most stunning pieces of industrial design. The aluminum body is gorgeous and feels every sturdy. And it feels expensive and luxurious. The screen is gorgeous. I listen to a lot of music at my desk at work so I really appreciate the fabulous stereo speakers. Two minor caveats: The volume rocker is on the right edge as the phone faces you. It is right where my index finger rests when I hold the phone in my left hand so I'm constantly changing volume without meaning to. And the phone is very slippery. I normally don't like cases but I'm thinking that I really have to use one with this phone. For my own personal taste, I didn't want the HTC Sense interface so I've already downloaded the Google Launcher. I'd read negative things about the camera but I haven't had the phone long enough to judge. September 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 Great product love my phone 100% better than my old iPhone 5 September 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by the audio is great but my Spotify and Instagram takes up most of my battery life September 17, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The best phone in the market! Way better design and internal storage than the IPhone and Galaxy together. Very fast! Battery life not the best, but who cares! This phone doesn't slow down. I am waiting for the HTC One M8 with Windows. It will be way faster! September 15, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by awesome phone with a minor setbacks.... First off I would like to say that I started with the original HTC G1 so I can base my opinion from that point on to this.... I have also own the Samsung galaxy 1-3 as well.... for a phone I couldn't be happier.... its far superior to Samsung phone I have had in the past.... HTC feels solid in the hand, very snappy, and I love that this is andriod version of the iphone w/o having to buy an iphone..... and expanded storage is a huge plus.... what more could a guy ask or.... I will admit... I have dropped this is water accidentally at the beach a couple of time.... still works like a charm.... and I have gotten almost 3 days worth of battery life on a full charge.... I love that extreme battery saving mode... that and the sound quality are the best feature of it all however.... the one and biggest shortcoming of this phone which is the biggest flaw.... which I had to over look was the camera on back.... that is by far the absolute worst camera I have ever own on any smart phone in my life since my HTC G1 back '08.... my dad had the htc one v on tmobile.... and that had the 8mp camera.... the pictures were drop dead gorgeous out of the camera and everything was smooth with no tweaking whatsoever.... I envied him for that phone just because of the pictures it took.... but HTC 4 mp (aka ultrapixels)?? I mean seriously what were you thinking HTC???.... they did however redeem themselves with the 5 mp front facing camera... but that too is useless being a guy because I never take selfies.... luckily I overlooked this only because I have a Nikon D7100 dsl-r... so it was not a major deal breaker for me when I was purchasing this.... would I recommend it?? yes only because of the build quality... if you don't mind having a so so camera... then this phone is perfect for you.... if you absolutelyneed camera that is good... lg g3 or Samsung s5 would be a better option in my opinion ..... regardless of the one flaw I am still happy with this phone September 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by goodness from head to toe. I cant skip writing a review because this phone is amazing. I waited for the iphone 6 to come out before i finally decided to get this phone 3 days ago. The hype of the iphone 6 still bugs me but whenever i look and hold this phone it made me feel that i made the right decision. The built is superb and premium. The interface is really good and the phone is so fast. Another thing that made me happy about this is the 32gb memory. Usually you'll get a 16gb phone for the same price with other brands, so this is really a plus for me. I am not an android geek but i know that you can do pretty much everyhing about this phone. The speakers are really really realy good. I am an enthusiast when it comes to sound equipments. This is by far the best speaker phone out there. It is just so solid! The battery life is good too specially for a heavy user like me. I can last for 12 hours straight of multi tasking with this phone, maximum volume, maximum brightness, viber calling while playing youtube videos and taking pictures once a while, i even have the floating browser app so when i say multitasking it means i am using like 8 apps all at the same time. I also love this at direct sunlight. All i need to do is put it on maximum brightness so i can see the screen perfectly. With the camera i dont have an issue if people are saying that it sucks because i am not really particular about the camera. The camera looks perfectly fine for me and it is decent, you can take good pictures with it. I know that everybody has a different eye for photography so you can definetly not please everybody specially because the 4 ultra pixel sounds outdated to people. But once you hold it you can say that it is a good camera too. maybe if you are very particular about photography and large pixels then i suggest that you go with nokia or samsung phones. I just have so many good things to say about the phone not just because im happy about it but mainly because this is the exact device that i need. It has style, great for music and a powerful android for its generation. September 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Upgraded to this phone a second time (same phone) I had an HTC One with Sprint for four years. When I switched to T-Mobile and had my choice of phones, I got this exact phone a second time. To me that's the single best endorsement of a product - four years later it was still relevant and the technology was still better than almost anything out there. To be fair, a smart phone is a smart phone for the most part. What separates this device are TWO THINGS: 1) The Camera: Amazing with Zoe and the video builder feature - the phone is worth it for the camera alone. 2) The Speakers: Two front facing speakers make video watching WAY better. Yes. You once your phone is paid off, it’s paid off. From that point on you will only pay be billed for the T-Mobile rate plan, and services, or features you’ve chosen.

When your new phone arrives simply follow the manufacturer’s set-up procedure and start using it. If you purchased a new T-Mobile SIM card to use in your own device, you will need to insert the new card and then you are good to go.

You can upgrade your phone at any time. If you have an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) you’ll need to pay that off first, then you’re free to select a new phone. It’s as easy as that. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

To find out if you’re eligible for a rebate or a promotion all you need to do is answer a few simple questions.

Other carriers recover the cost of the phone with higher recurring monthly rate plan charges. Their customers continue to pay higher monthly rates even after the phone is paid off. Only T-Mobile offers a plan that automatically lowers the cost of the monthly bill when the phone is paid off.

We offer free, overnight shipping on certain new phones and devices. Otherwise, we will send your purchase using standard 2-4 business days shipping. Look for special promotions where all phones and devices include free, overnight shipping.

No. When you group phones into a family plan when purchasing on T-Mobile.com, you must either pay for all of them up front, or over time.

No. If you choose to pay over time, your payments will be interest-free.

You must purchase insurance within the first 14 days of buying a new device. To learn more about Premium Handset Protection Insurance or to learn about our other bundled features simply follow the link.

If you cancel your service, you still need to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Refurbished phones offered by T-Mobile have been inspected and tested to ensure they’re in good working order, and they all come with a limited 90-day warranty. They also come with the same return policy as our new devices: 20 days from the date of your order.

Unlike other carriers that give you a discounted rate on the phone up front and then bury the costs in your monthly bill, we charge you the full retail price. In order to make payments more manageable, qualifying new and current customers can take advantage of our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP).

    Here's how phone payments work:

EIP (Equipment Installment Plan) pricing allows qualifying customers to get a new phone with an initial down payment and make monthly payments on the phone for 20 months with no interest charges. For example, if you purchased a new phone for $550 and put $150 down, you pay $20/month for 20 months, plus the low monthly cost of your Value Plan. Value Plan pricing is only available at T-Mobile.

The following restrictions apply to all EIPs:

    • Non-Value plans, T‐Mobile Monthly4G prepaid plans and certain business accounts are not eligible for EIPs.
    • Customers in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico are not eligible for EIPs.
    • The minimum required purchase for an EIP is $19.99.
    • Due to state regulations, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, West Virginia and Wyoming do not allow purchases on a 24‐month EIP.
    • If you leave T-Mobile you’re still obligated to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Learn more about our Equipment Installment Plan

Depending on which rate plan you choose, you may also be charged an add a line fee; see rate plan for details. Taxes and shipping will also be applied to your order total.

Whether you choose to pay for your device up front today, or pay over time, you can upgrade your device at any time. If your current device has not yet been paid off, you will need to continue to make payments on the existing balance. For the well-qualified buyer, pay over time pricing will spread interest-free payments over 24 months. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

You need a credit check for a couple of reasons. First, if you are applying for an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) it’s standard practice for us to check your credit. If you want to keep your existing phone number we need to determine if it’s eligible to be transferred.

Just like all other wireless carriers, T-Mobile has to charge enough to cover the cost of the phone. The difference is that T-Mobile separates the cost of the phone from the cost of the service. That means T-Mobile customers finish paying for their phone as soon the actual cost is paid off—and their monthly bill automatically drops.
