Rated 3 out of 5 by this is bad Yes when I was out of town three weeks ago I had the galaxy s4 I give that phone to my.grandson for going away prizing in going to college so I bought the alactel one touch fierce phone you can not really can't hear people talk to you the worse phone every I always give good rates on phone not that one August 17, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't buy it - you'll regret it - Tons of t-mobile apps that you cannot remove or disable (which sucks up battery charge) - Touch pad: Does not respond, severe delays before a response. - Keyboard (OMG!) annoying! The keyboard will drop down out of view, without any reason, so you will get the joy of WAITING for the keyboard to come back up to finish typing ONE sentence. - Design and implementation, very poor - you will be disappointed. It has to be Unlimited Data, since you will spend ALOT of time WAITING for the phone or apps to respond. T-Mobile has a long way to go before they can compete with other cellphone companies. It's not worth the money, even if they were free! August 12, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great!! I have not had any problems with this phone. I was very hesitate in getting it because of so many mixed reviews but i old phone went out on me so i needed to get a new phone and this for the features was a cheap quick replacement. The features and quality for this phone is really great!! I love it and am very happy with my decision!! August 9, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by absolutely terrible!!!! This phone is the worst smartphone ever!!!Where should I start?Only 4G and 2G but NEVER 3G. Even the 4G is slow. Camera has no focus and sometimes turns dark. Too little internal storage. Freezes often. Laggy touchscreen. Drops my calls. Won't send all my texts. And for some reason when I click on my facebook app it takes me to my music. I should have gotten a Samsung or IPhone. August 4, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Minor problems but Amazing Phone This phone is amazing it lags just a little but other than that. ITS OFF THE HOOK August 2, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Hate this phone. When my husband and I decided to switch to T-Mobile I decided I wanted this phone. I instantly regretted that desicion. This phone has almost no storage space. I filled it up after just a couple weeks of having it and had to put my pictures and videos on my computer. I use my phone for everything so this was a problem for me. In addition to no space for pictures of videos, I have 3 apps downloaded. Three. That's it. And there's no room for more. Also, this phone doesn't have any recalibration settings. I have to press different keys in order to get a certain letter. The L on my keyboard acts as the backspace. I also can't add any words to my personal dictionary because the dictionary doesn't work. Add as many words as you like, this phone is still going to auto correct them to different words and tell you that those words are spelled incorrectly when you change them back. Plus the cameras are blurry and don't focus, the battery is always dying, and I hate having to make a phone call because I can never hear the person on the other end. This phone is a waste of money. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Value When my HTC G2 died on me, I switched to the Fierce. It has a stronger signal reception, longer battery life, and has made my transition from having a physical keyboard to an on screen keyboard easy. The battery has lasted me up to about 40 hours on a single charge. The internal phone storage is minimal, but the microSD card slot gives plenty of room for additional space. The camera provides decent picture quality, and my calls are as clear as my wife's iPhone. Access to all of my email accounts and contact lists made this phone a good choice to use for my work. I use my phone for calls, text, and email primarily. The 4G data and applications I use all run wonderfully and I have no issues. I keep easy access to my wifi and gps settings to cycle them off when not in use. My phone also makes an excellent mobile wifi hot spot to connect my tablet to when traveling. My only genuine complaint is that the speakerphone during calls is not very loud, but the minimal use of the speaker phone does not make this problem anything I would hold against the phone. Rated 2 out of 5 by IS NOT FOR LONG TERM USE At first it was a great phone, easy to use, took great pictures, did its job. I have now had the phone for 4 months and the top button gets stuck and the phone wont wake up from sleep mode, when I attempt to video something the screen goes black, freezes when making a phone call so you can not hang up and likes to open apps when you dont press anything!! Yes. You once your phone is paid off, it’s paid off. From that point on you will only pay be billed for the T-Mobile rate plan, and services, or features you’ve chosen.

When your new phone arrives simply follow the manufacturer’s set-up procedure and start using it. If you purchased a new T-Mobile SIM card to use in your own device, you will need to insert the new card and then you are good to go.

You can upgrade your phone at any time. If you have an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) you’ll need to pay that off first, then you’re free to select a new phone. It’s as easy as that. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

To find out if you’re eligible for a rebate or a promotion all you need to do is answer a few simple questions.

    Get started

Other carriers recover the cost of the phone with higher recurring monthly rate plan charges. Their customers continue to pay higher monthly rates even after the phone is paid off. Only T-Mobile offers a plan that automatically lowers the cost of the monthly bill when the phone is paid off.

We offer free, overnight shipping on certain new phones and devices. Otherwise, we will send your purchase using standard 2-4 business days shipping. Look for special promotions where all phones and devices include free, overnight shipping.

No. When you group phones into a family plan when purchasing on, you must either pay for all of them up front, or over time.

No. If you choose to pay over time, your payments will be interest-free.

You must purchase insurance within the first 14 days of buying a new device. To learn more about Premium Handset Protection Insurance or to learn about our other bundled features simply follow the link.

If you cancel your service, you still need to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Refurbished phones offered by T-Mobile have been inspected and tested to ensure they’re in good working order, and they all come with a limited 90-day warranty. They also come with the same return policy as our new devices: 20 days from the date of your order.

Unlike other carriers that give you a discounted rate on the phone up front and then bury the costs in your monthly bill, we charge you the full retail price. In order to make payments more manageable, qualifying new and current customers can take advantage of our Equipment Installment Plan (EIP).

    Here's how phone payments work:

EIP (Equipment Installment Plan) pricing allows qualifying customers to get a new phone with an initial down payment and make monthly payments on the phone for 20 months with no interest charges. For example, if you purchased a new phone for $550 and put $150 down, you pay $20/month for 20 months, plus the low monthly cost of your Value Plan. Value Plan pricing is only available at T-Mobile.

The following restrictions apply to all EIPs:

    • Non-Value plans, T‐Mobile Monthly4G prepaid plans and certain business accounts are not eligible for EIPs.
    • Customers in Washington, DC and Puerto Rico are not eligible for EIPs.
    • The minimum required purchase for an EIP is $19.99.
    • Due to state regulations, Idaho, Kansas, Maine, West Virginia and Wyoming do not allow purchases on a 24‐month EIP.
    • If you leave T-Mobile you’re still obligated to pay off the remaining balance of the device.

Learn more about our Equipment Installment Plan

Depending on which rate plan you choose, you may also be charged an add a line fee; see rate plan for details. Taxes and shipping will also be applied to your order total.

Whether you choose to pay for your device up front today, or pay over time, you can upgrade your device at any time. If your current device has not yet been paid off, you will need to continue to make payments on the existing balance. For the well-qualified buyer, pay over time pricing will spread interest-free payments over 24 months. If you cancel wireless service, remaining balance on phone becomes due.

You need a credit check for a couple of reasons. First, if you are applying for an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) it’s standard practice for us to check your credit. If you want to keep your existing phone number we need to determine if it’s eligible to be transferred.

Just like all other wireless carriers, T-Mobile has to charge enough to cover the cost of the phone. The difference is that T-Mobile separates the cost of the phone from the cost of the service. That means T-Mobile customers finish paying for their phone as soon the actual cost is paid off—and their monthly bill automatically drops.
