Before you start: Has it been 14 days or less since you received your new T-Mobile device in the mail? If yes, follow the steps below. If not, please call Customer Care at 1-877-453-1304.

  1. Enter your order information in the form to the right
  2. Fill out the complete Trade-in Quote Form
  3. Accept the trade-in agreement
  4. Print the shipping label and send in your current device
  5. Looking to submit your final bill from your old carrier for reimbursement? Proceed to step 3 below.

If you want to take advantage of our device payment plan or Early Termination Fee reimbursement program, you must complete this step. If not, you’re done!


When you receive your current carrier’s final bill, we’ll pay your remaining device payments and Early Termination Fees (ETFs) with a Prepaid MasterCard® Card. Simply submit the bill to us electronically within 2 calendar months of your number transfer to T-Mobile for reimbursement (up to 10 lines).
