We’re always working to free you from roaming charges when you visit more and more destinations around the globe. That’s why, as of 9/16/2015, we added 20 more—including The Bahamas! That makes 140+ countries and destinations worldwide—and counting.

Because we don’t lock you into a restrictive 2-year service contract with our plans, it’s easier for you to change plans when you need to.

Yes, this plan is available for Family Plans with 2 or more lines. You can add up to 10 lines with 10GB to each line of your family plan. To purchase, call 1-877-772-2453. This plan is not available for single lines, but you can choose from one of our other options, including our Unlimited 4G LTE data on your smartphone plan.

We’ve made it simple for you to switch to T-Mobile. First you select a phone or device—you can either shop for a new one or bring your own. If you bring your own you should first check if it’s eligible. Then you choose how much high-speed data you want and head to our secure checkout. Then all you do is give us your old account information and we’ll contact your carrier to complete the process.

If you are already on, or sign up for, an eligible Simple Choice plan with 3GB of 4G LTE data or more, there is nothing you need to do, it is an automatic and free benefit.

Existing customers and any new activation prior to 1/1/15 on an eligible plan will automatically receive 10GB Free Data Stash starting with their January bill cycle. Any new activations after 1/1/15 will get the 10GB Free Data Stash within 24 hours of activating on an eligible plan. 

As soon as your 10GB Free Data Stash is used up, you will then begin to build your own Data Stash, automatically carrying over 100% of your unused 4G LTE data (e.g., 3GB – 21GB), rounded up to the nearest megabyte, each month.  That data is available for use for up to 12 months from when it is rolled.

It couldn’t be easier! You don’t have to do anything to get the Music Freedom offer as a Simple Choice customer.  Stream as much music as you want on your smartphone from top streaming services, including Pandora, iHeartRadio, Apple Music, Rhapsody, Slacker, Spotify and Milk Music - and it won’t count towards your 4G LTE data plan.  Music Freedom is included in your Simple Choice rate plan at no extra charge.
