T-Mobile.com Return Policy

For T-Mobile.com, 1-877-387-4324, and 1-800-T-MOBILE sales and activations only:

You may cancel Service without paying a cancellation fee within the Return Period, which is 20 calendar days from the date of your order (30 days in CA). During the Return Period, you can cancel Service for any reason so long as you: (a) contact us to cancel Service; and (b) return with proof of purchase, any device you acquired from T-Mobile.com, 1-877-387-4324, or 1-800-T-MOBILE in connection with your activation of Service. You must return your device in its package with all original contents, undamaged and in good working condition. All devices received as part of a promotional offer (e.g. "Buy One Get One" etc.) must be returned. Limited Edition and other devices may not be refunded or exchanged. Refunds and exchanges will be less any rebates received and shipping costs. If you do not return your device or if you return your device in a damaged or destroyed condition, we may take one or more of the following actions: (a) prevent your device from working on any network, (b) charge you the Early Termination Fee after the Return Period, (c) elect not to process your Service cancellation, (d) charge you the cost to repair a damaged device, or (e) charge you the suggested retail price of the device, (which may be greater than the price you paid), plus any shipping and handling charges. You are responsible for any charges incurred prior to service cancellation, including roaming, long distance, taxes, control charges, regulatory program fees and other fees. You will also be required to pay a restocking fee for all returned devices as follows: The restocking fee shall be $75 for advanced, data-focused devices that are designed for web browsing (e.g. tablets, netbooks); the restocking fee shall be $50 for “smart phone” devices, which are high end phones that are designed for web and social media use in addition to standard phone features such as voice and text messaging (e.g. MyTouch devices, Samsung Vibrant/Galaxy devices); and for all other devices, the restocking fee shall be $25 (e.g. basic phone devices, data sticks).
