Are there any additional restrictions for Lifeline?
Yes. T-Mobile offers Lifeline service in select states and only where it is designated as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier. Lifeline is a Federal benefit that is not transferable to any other person. Lifeline service is available for only one line per Household. A Household cannot receive benefits from multiple providers. Under federal rule a Household is defined, for purposes of the Lifeline program, as any individual or group of individuals living at the same address that share income and expenses. Violation of the one-per Household rule will result in the subscribers de-enrollment from the program and possible criminal prosecution by the U.S. Government. Lifeline benefits are limited to one wireless or landline telephone number per Household. Lifeline benefits cannot be applied to charges you incurred or paid prior to qualifying for Lifeline assistance. Other terms and conditions apply.
