Or, if you have already cancelled service, you must call CARE within 60 days of cancellation to request continuation of monthly installments.

Yes, your credit will continue for the length of the EIP agreement even if your account is suspended. However, your bill credits will stop if your account is canceled and you will need to pay the full balance on your device.

Yes, as long as you have available credit on your account, you are able to have multiple EIP agreements on the same line (Example: phone EIP and accessory EIP). However, you are not able to have multiple EIP promotional bill credits on the same device.

Any voice device that has an EIP with a qualifying promotion (see promotions above to see which qualify) created on or after 7/23/2017 through 7/30/20 or after 8/28/20 qualifies for this option. Tablets, Mobile Internet devices, and Accessories do not qualify.
