International Internet service

With T-Mobile Internet, you can access the Internet from locations around the globe—for $10 per MB in Canada and $15 per MB in other countries. Charges will vary depending upon the amount of data you send and receive, and/or the amount of data you download. ** You may be miles from home, but you won’t be far from the information you need.

 

For international T-Mobile Internet access, you’ll need:

A T-Mobile data device that supports the frequencies used at your destinations*;

A T-MobileWeb or T-Mobile Internet plan;

WorldClass International Roaming added to your account (activation is free).

Charges for Voicemails, Calls, Messages, and Data While Roaming Internationally

International roaming is not available for Sidekick® users on Prepaid or FlexPay plans.Some devices may transmit and receive data without any user action, which may result in unexpected charges when you travel internationally. Some services that are free of charge when used domestically may incur charges when roaming internationally.

 

**For example, here are some average file sizes: Text messages = 3 KB and Web browsing = 250-500KB per page. Emails range widely in size; attachments such as photos and documents may be very large, even over 2MB each. Check the file properties before you send the file. Keep in mind that Web browsing while roaming internationally may result in additional data charges.
