Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct establishes basic company values and sets forth the principles of work conduct at T-Mobile. These include the employee's responsibilities to fellow employees, the customer, and the work environment. Likewise, the Code of Conduct outlines similar responsibilities of management aimed at carrying out company values.
