We make it easy for you to check voice mail messages and manage your calls while you are on the go. Easily retrieve and manage your voice messages at anytime using your 24-hour VoiceMail system.
The T-Mobile VoiceMail system allows callers to leave you a voice mail message at anytime, whether you are on the phone or your phone is turned off. Your callers have the option to record a voice message, or to send a numeric message to your phone. You will be alerted on your phone when a caller has left you a message.
With Enhanced VoiceMail, you get all the benefits of our standard VoiceMail service, plus:
- increased message storage capacity
- increased greeting length
- FaxMail
California customers, to add the FaxMail feature to your VoiceMail account for no additional charge, please contact Customer Care.

How to get started
Once your T-Mobile phone has been activated, you are ready to receive voice mail messages. In order to access and retrieve your messages, you will need to complete a few simple steps.
- Step 1: Press and hold the (1) key on your mobile phone for about one second, or until your phone dials VoiceMail.
- Step 2: Follow the recorded voice prompts.
